Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), a globally revered spiritual and charitable institution, has been serving millions of pilgrims and the underprivileged with unwavering commitment. Alongside its spiritual mission, TTD has established and is successfully running a wide network of premier healthcare institutions, including super-specialty hospitals, general hospitals, and rehabilitation centers particularly on the sacred Tirumala Hills and in Tirupati dedicated to providing quality medical care to all, especially the poor and needy.
In continuation of its noble service tradition, TTD is proud to expand the “Srivari Vaidya Seva” Program across the world an initiative envisioned to bring together compassionate doctors and healthcare professionals who are willing to dedicate their expertise in the spirit of charity and humanity.
This program invites eminent doctors, surgeons, specialists, and healthcare professionals from across India and around the globe to voluntarily offer their services in TTD run institutions. The initiative aims to strengthen the delivery of advanced and accessible medical care to economically disadvantaged patients and pilgrims, thereby transforming lives through service.

General Instructions
- The Doctors Seva is purely voluntary and not to be regarded as employment or entitlement.
- Sevaks should neither accept nor offer any form of cash or kind in connection with their Seva.
- Only qualified Doctors (MBBS / MD / MS or equivalent recognized degree holders) with valid registration in NMC / State Medical Council are eligible to apply.
- The following qualification-wise minimum experience is mandatory for participation:
- MBBS – 5 years
- MD / MS – 5 years
- DM / MCh – 5 years
- MS (Ortho) – 5 years
- BAMS – 5 years clinical practice
- MD (Ayurveda) – 5 years
- PhD / Specialist in Ayurveda – 4 years in specialized care
- At the time of registration, Doctors must upload the following documents:
- Medical Council Registration Certificate
- Aadhaar ID proof
- Personal Medical Fitness Certificate
- Passport-size Photograph
- Doctors must attend orientation / briefing sessions without fail (E-attendance will be recorded).
- Minimum 6 hours of service per day is mandatory; emergency duties may extend beyond this.
- Doctors must serve Patients with humility, respectfully addressing them as “Govinda.”
- Doctors must maintain medical ethics and patient confidentiality at all times.
- Carrying or consuming alcohol, tobacco, or any other prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
- Doctors must provide a valid emergency contact number at registration.
- TTD reserves the right to reject or remove any Doctor who fails to follow the prescribed guidelines.
- The signed declaration shall be submitted by the doctor at the time of reporting for service in the respective institution.

Aswini Hospital, established on 23rd August 1980 by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, evolved from a dispensary started in 1927 at Tirumala to provide medical aid to pilgrims visiting Lord Venkateswara Swamy. The 30-bedded hospital functions round the clock with full-fledged emergency services and caters to pilgrims, TTD employees, and local residents. Medical facilities at Tirumala include one hospital, six dispensaries, and seven first aid centres.

Central Hospital at Tirupati provides primary and emergency care to employees, dependents, retirees, pilgrims, and inmates of TTD institutions, supported by four dispensaries and four first aid centres.

TTD established S.V Dairy farm during the year 1956 and later changed as S.V. Gosamrakshana Shala in 2004, with an object of protection and promote cattle as part of Hindu Sanathana Darma. Goshala has nearly 2900 cattle and other paraphernalia animals i.e. Elephant, Horses, Damaram bulls etc. It provides health care of livestock through well qualified Veterinarian and also carrying out research activity for preserving and improving the breed of cow.
Goshala also conduct veterinary health camps in villages where veterinary facilities are not available and located for away from the veterinary institutions.
